Hi, I’m Simone Quartarone – Administrative Client Coordinator at Titanium.

I’m here to help you get set up and connected with the right team members at Titanium. I love all things admin, and how it allows me to be a part of your whole journey with us, from beginning to end.

I look forward to helping you get the support you need. Any questions during the set up process, I’m your go-to.

Your Part:

If you haven’t already, you’ll receive an email with a list of things you’ll need to provide us to get you set up swiftly and efficiently. The faster you return this to us, the faster we can get started. Please work to get this to us within three days to keep your spot in the line-up.

Our part:

We’ll take all the info you’ve provided and get you added to our client databases.

Then it’s time to do the work!

We’ll carry out a catch up process first, making sure your bookkeeping is all in order. The timing on this will vary based on how much catch up you need.

We’ll send a video after the catch up with a breakdown of what we found and what bookkeeping actions we’re going to take next.

The bookkeeping will go to the team, and the taxes will come back to you.
